The Zogoflex toys from West Paw come with the Love it Guarantee™. If the toy proves to be completely unsuitable for your dog within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it with a stronger alternative from West Paw. Replacements are limited to once per design, per household. We require a valid receipt or proof of purchase to honor the guarantee. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
