Discover the irresistible quality of West Paw Zogoflex dog toys, a must-have for your range. All Zogoflex products come with the so-called 'Love It Guarantee'. West Paw fully supports the durability and quality of their products, so that you as a retailer can offer with confidence, knowing that your customers and their dogs are assured of long-lasting fun. Below you will find more information about the guarantee.

When is there a warranty?
If the West Paw Zogoflex dog toy is not suitable for the dog within six months of purchase, we will refund the toy so that you can offer the customer an alternative from West Paw. The right to compensation is limited to one time per household (not per purchase). To process this guarantee, we ask for a valid receipt or proof of purchase from the customer.

When requesting compensation, always state which article (article code) is involved, the reason for the complaint and include a photo of the broken toy.

Please note that West Paw's Love it Guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear of the toy due to dog chewing.
