What are the requirements to become a Warmako customer?

Warmako is a B2B wholesaler, specifically focused on businesses in the pet supplies retail sector. To become a customer, we apply a number of conditions:

  • A valid VAT number
  • Registration with the Chamber of Commerce as a sales point for pet supplies
  • An active webshop that we can evaluate and/or communicate to our brands
  • We do not sell our products through marketplaces like Amazon, due to the selective distribution policies of some brands we represent.

Once your account meets our registration requirements and is approved, you'll have full access to our online store and wholesale prices.

How can I register to become a Warmako customer?

You can easily do this by completing the registration form on our website. On weekdays, registrations are processed within 24 hours.

Why is my account not approved?

If an account is not approved, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the rejection. Examples of rejections include an invalid VAT number, a missing Chamber of Commerce registration number, the webshop not being active (yet), or you not being a retailer of pet supplies.

Order

How can I order?

Warmako.com is a business webshop (B2B) and you can only order by logging in first. You must first create an account for this. After approval of your account, the prices of the items will become visible and you can order.

What is the status of my order?

Most orders are processed the same day. After you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with a track & trace, so you can follow your order.

Do you keep backorders?

No, we do not keep backorders. This is only possible upon request. Please contact our customer service via orders@warmako.com

Product is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Products that are not in stock cannot be reserved online or kept in backorder. However, you can leave your email address with the article on the website. As soon as the article is put in stock in the warehouse, you will receive a message in your mailbox.

Can I add something to my order after my order has been placed?

At Warmako.com we try to process and deliver all your orders within 48 hours. This means that as soon as your order comes in, we process it immediately in our warehouse. Therefore, it is not possible to add more items to your order. We recommend that you place a new order.

You can also choose to place your order later in the day and add any additional orders from your customers before you place everything. Orders received before 2pm can often be delivered the next day.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from us. Our warehouse is not located at our office location and is also not accessible to the public. Of course, we will ensure that your online order is delivered to you within 48 hours via our transport partners.

Are there shipping costs?

For orders over €150 with delivery to the Benelux, Germany and France you pay no shipping costs. For orders under this amount our standard shipping costs apply.

What are the costs for pallet shipping?

Large orders delivered via pallet transport are not included in the standard shipping rates. In the Netherlands, pallet shipping is free from €500. For orders under €500, the costs are €39.95.

Pallet shipping to Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg is free from €750. Below that the costs are €49.95 per pallet shipment.

Invoicing and payment

How do I get my invoice?

The invoice will be emailed to you.

How can I pay the invoice?

In the shop of Warmako.com you can pay by default via all known methods, such as iDEAL, Creditcard, PayPal, Bankcontact and AfterPay. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact our accounts receivable department via invoices@warmako.com .

Returns

I would like to return items?

You can easily register your return via this link . After registration, you will receive a label that you can stick on the package. During the return process, you will always be informed in a timely manner about the status of your return. For acceptance of the returns, it is important that the products are still in their original packaging and that they can be processed by us again in our warehouse (including labels). To register the return, you only need the order number (for example: 60198781) and your email address.

Are there any costs associated with returning items?

If you receive items from us that are damaged upon arrival and are no longer saleable, you can of course return them at our expense. If you want to return or exchange items because they do not meet your expectations and sales are disappointing, the return costs are in principle for you. We ask you to contact your representative for this.

Can I return all items?

Items purchased in the sale or specific seasonal items cannot simply be returned. Of course, if the items arrive damaged. However, it is not possible to return a specific summer collection after the summer, for example. Discuss this clearly with your representative in advance.

Assortment

Can I download images of the different brands from the shop?

You cannot simply download images from the shop without express permission from Warmako, as the brands offered through our B2B platform each have their own policies regarding intellectual property, including images.

Warmako customers can access our image bank to download all product images and lifestyle images. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.

Can I copy product descriptions from Warmako.com?

Warmako has invested a lot in creating and developing the content, often in consultation and collaboration with various brand suppliers. If you want to use product descriptions for your own use, that is of course no problem. However, republishing this content online is not permitted. The intellectual property of the content belongs to Warmako.

Why can't I order some brands via the B2B shop?

A number of brands offered through our platform work with selective distribution in terms of online sales channels. These are therefore selectively available and only after permission from the brands concerned.

Dropshipping at Warmako

Can I dropship items directly to my customers?

Yes, you can dropship directly through the Warmako webshop by simply changing the shipping address of an order to your customer's address.

This allows you to immediately start delivering our products directly to consumers without any additional systems or integrations. Ideal for occasional orders or when you need to serve a customer quickly.

Is a technical integration possible?

Want to fully automate the process and connect your webshop directly to our inventory? With an API connection, orders in your webshop are automatically forwarded to our warehouse. We'll process and ship the order within 24 hours on weekdays, directly to your customer in neutral packaging. This way, you no longer have to worry about inventory management, order processing, or shipping logistics.

Please note: Technical integration is only available to established customers with demonstrable, consistent revenue at Warmako. Admission is based on a short assessment. A direct debit for business accounts is required for technical integration.

How does invoicing work via dropshipping?

When a customer places an order in your online store, they pay you directly. You pay us the purchase price of the product and the shipping costs. This works the same way as when you place an order for your own store.
