You can easily register a return via the return portal below. After you have registered the return, you will receive a shipping label that you can stick on the return package. For the acceptance of returns, it is important that the products are still in their original packaging and the label is still attached, otherwise they cannot be processed in our warehouse. To register a return, you need the order number (for example: 60198781 or WAR11570) and the email address with which you placed the order.
Are there any costs associated with returning items?
If you receive items from us that are damaged upon arrival and can no longer be sold, you can of course return them at our expense. If you want to return or exchange items that do not meet your expectations and where sales are disappointing, the return costs are in principle for you. We ask you to contact your representative for this.
Which items can be returned?
Items purchased during sales or specific seasonal items cannot simply be returned. Of course, damaged items can be returned. However, it is not possible to return a specific summer collection after the summer, for example. Discuss this clearly with your representative in advance.
