Warmako.com is a business webshop (B2B) and you can only order by logging in first. You must first create an account for this. After approval of your account, the prices of the items will become visible and you can order.
Most orders are processed the same day. After you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with a track & trace, so you can follow your order.
No, we do not keep backorders. This is only possible upon request. Please contact our customer service via orders@warmako.com
Products that are not in stock cannot be reserved online or kept in backorder. However, you can leave your email address with the article on the website. As soon as the article is put in stock in the warehouse, you will receive a message in your mailbox.
At Warmako.com we try to process and deliver all your orders within 48 hours. This means that as soon as your order comes in, we process it immediately in our warehouse. Therefore, it is not possible to add more items to your order. We recommend that you place a new order.
You can also choose to place your order later in the day and add any additional orders from your customers before you place everything. Orders received before 2pm can often be delivered the next day.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from us. Our warehouse is not located at our office location and is also not accessible to the public. Of course, we will ensure that your online order is delivered to you within 48 hours via our transport partners.
For orders over €150 with delivery to the Benelux, Germany and France you pay no shipping costs. For orders under this amount our standard shipping costs apply.
Large orders delivered via pallet transport are not included in the standard shipping rates. In the Netherlands, pallet shipping is free from €500. For orders under €500, the costs are €39.95.
Pallet shipping to Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg is free from €750. Below that the costs are €49.95 per pallet shipment.

In the shop of Warmako.com you can pay by default via all known methods, such as iDEAL, Creditcard, PayPal, Bankcontact and AfterPay. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact our accounts receivable department via invoices@warmako.com .
You can easily register your return via this link . After registration, you will receive a label that you can stick on the package. During the return process, you will always be informed in a timely manner about the status of your return. For acceptance of the returns, it is important that the products are still in their original packaging and that they can be processed by us again in our warehouse (including labels). To register the return, you only need the order number (for example: 60198781) and your email address.
If you receive items from us that are damaged upon arrival and are no longer saleable, you can of course return them at our expense. If you want to return or exchange items because they do not meet your expectations and sales are disappointing, the return costs are in principle for you. We ask you to contact your representative for this.
Items purchased in the sale or specific seasonal items cannot simply be returned. Of course, if the items arrive damaged. However, it is not possible to return a specific summer collection after the summer, for example. Discuss this clearly with your representative in advance.
Yes, Warmako easily dropships all pet supplies to your customers via Droppery. Connect your webshop, we do the rest. Fast delivery, no inventory management and always a wide range.
Warmako works together with the dropshipping platform Droppery. This system integrates seamlessly with your own webshop via a ready-made API connection. All you need is a compatible system such as Magento, Lightspeed, Shopware, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce or Prestashop.
Once you have been given permission to connect your shop, an onboarding will be scheduled from Droppery. After that, you can load our articles directly into your webshop. The stock is automatically synchronized with ours, so that you always have an up-to-date overview.
When a customer places an order in your webshop, we will send these items directly to the customer in neutral packaging with a neutral packing slip.
Normally there are monthly fees associated with a Droppery account, but if you sign up through Warmako, we will cover these costs. The shipping costs for dropshipping through Droppery are lower than regular web orders because dropshipment orders usually consist of one product and one box, resulting in lower processing and shipping costs compared to larger web orders.
The dropshipping assortment has been adjusted compared to our regular offering. It primarily contains larger items that are ideal for direct delivery to consumers, such as dog beds, scratching posts, and other bulky products.
Pet food (including Almo Nature, Dogr, and Imby) and all items we sell by the box are not available in Droppery.
Furthermore, the available selection on Droppery is based on the same rules that apply to Warmako.com. Some brands have a selective distribution policy regarding online sales channels. This means that not everyone is allowed to sell these brands. Once you've received approval for your Droppery integration, the items you're allowed to sell will be visible.
You are responsible for customer service such as handling returns and warranty claims. Consumers return items directly to your webshop, not to us. You can then resell the returned items from your own inventory.
Do you want to return a returned item to our warehouse? Please make sure that this is done within 30 days after the shipping date . The items must be in their original condition and have all tags and brand labels attached. You can easily download a return label via our return portal. The shipping and processing costs for returns to our warehouse are €14.95 per order. We will settle these costs via direct debit. Please note: items that are not in their original condition and are therefore unsaleable will not be credited. The shipping and processing costs will be charged in that case.
Undelivered packages
If your customer does not collect the order from a parcel point, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In that case, we will credit the amount to your webshop, but we will charge shipping and processing costs. You can then handle this further with your customer.
When a consumer places an order in your webshop, the customer pays you directly. You then pay us the purchase price of the product and the shipping costs. For orders via Droppery, an automatic business direct debit is required.
You cannot simply download images from the shop without express permission from Warmako, as the brands offered through our B2B platform each have their own policies regarding intellectual property, including images.
Warmako customers can access our image bank to download all product images and lifestyle images. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.
Warmako has invested a lot in creating and developing the content, often in consultation and collaboration with various brand suppliers. If you want to use product descriptions for your own use, that is of course no problem. However, republishing this content online is not permitted. The intellectual property of the content belongs to Warmako.
A number of brands offered through our platform work with selective distribution in terms of online sales channels. These are therefore selectively available and only after permission from the brands concerned.
