• Read the manual before operating the fountain
• Always place the fountain on a flat, stable surface
• Check that the straw and attachment are properly assembled and aligned directly under the hole
• Set the pump to a medium setting. A setting that is too high can cause splashing or leakage; a setting that is too low will not provide sufficient flow.
• Press the silicone cap at the cable firmly
• Rotate the lid slightly for optimal water flow, if necessary
