For proper functioning and to prevent leakage, it is important to install and adjust the fountain correctly:

• Read the manual thoroughly beforehand
• Always place the fountain on a flat, stable surface
• Check that the straw and attachment are properly assembled and aligned directly under the hole
• Set the pump to a medium setting. Too high a setting can cause splashing or leakage; too low a setting provides insufficient flow.
• Press the silicone cap firmly over the cable
• Rotate the lid slightly for optimal water flow, if necessary
