Dropshipping at Warmako

Did you know you can dropship directly through the Warmako webshop by simply changing the shipping address of an order to your customer's address? This allows you to start delivering our products directly to consumers right away, without any additional systems or integrations. Ideal for occasional orders or when you need to serve a customer quickly.

Returning dropship orders

With dropship orders, you remain responsible for customer service, such as handling returns and warranty claims. After all, the customer is making a purchase in your store, not with us. Customers return their purchases to your webshop, not to Warmako. You can then resell the returned items from your own inventory.

If you want to return an item to our warehouse, please make sure you do so within 30 days of the shipping date . The items must be in their original condition and include all tags and brand labels. You can download a return label from our returns portal. The shipping and handling fee for this return to our warehouse is €14.95 per order . We will deduct these costs when processing the return. Please note: Items that are not in their original condition and therefore unsellable will not be credited. In that case, the shipping and handling fee will still be charged.

Undelivered packages

If your customer doesn't collect their order from a parcel point, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In that case, we'll credit the return, but we will charge shipping and handling fees. You can then discuss this further with your customer.

Technical integrations (only for regular customers)

Want to fully automate the process and connect your webshop directly to our inventory? With an API connection, orders in your webshop are automatically forwarded to our warehouse. We'll process and ship the order within 24 hours on weekdays, directly to your customer in neutral packaging. This way, you no longer have to worry about inventory management, order processing, or shipping logistics.

Please note:
Technical integration is only available to established customers with demonstrable, consistent revenue at Warmako. Admission is based on a short assessment. For technical integration , direct debit is required for business accounts .
