This allows you to start delivering our products directly to consumers right away, without any additional systems or integrations. Ideal for occasional orders or when you need to serve a customer quickly.
Want to fully automate the process and connect your webshop directly to our inventory? Then dropshipping through Droppery is the perfect solution. With an API integration, orders in your webshop are automatically forwarded to our warehouse. We process and ship the order within 24 hours on business days, directly to your customer in neutral packaging. This way, you no longer have to worry about inventory management, order processing, or shipping logistics. With an API integration, a direct debit is required for business orders. We'll arrange this direct debit with you after the first order is placed.
Which products are available through Droppery?
The dropshipping assortment has been adjusted compared to our regular offering. It primarily contains larger items that are ideal for direct delivery to consumers, such as dog beds, scratching posts, and other bulky products. Items such as pet food and boxed products are excluded from dropshipping.
What are the shipping costs?
Dropshipping costs for dropshipping through Droppery are lower because dropshipment orders usually consist of one product and one box, resulting in lower processing and shipping costs compared to larger online orders.

Dispatch
We process dropship orders within 24 hours in our warehouse. As soon as a package is shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with the track & trace link, which you can easily forward to your customer. The sender in the track & trace is the default sender. Warmako, because we are the shipper. The customer also receives a neutral packing slip without our name.
Would you prefer your shop to be displayed as the sender? We offer the option to set up a separate channel for your webshop. This means you'll receive your own packing slip and track & trace, with your shop name as the sender, and Warmako will no longer be visible to your customers. There are additional costs involved. Customer service and returns
You are responsible for customer service, such as handling returns and warranty claims. Consumers return items directly to your webshop, not to us. You can then resell the returned items from your own inventory or return them to us.
Do you want to return an item to our warehouse? Please ensure you do so within 30 days of the shipping date. The items must be in their original condition and include all labels. You can easily download a return label through our returns portal. The shipping and handling fee for returns to our warehouse is €14.95 per order. We will deduct these costs via direct debit. Items that are not in their original condition and therefore unsellable will not be credited. In that case, the shipping and handling fee will be charged.
Undelivered packages
If a package can't be delivered or your customer doesn't pick it up at a parcel point, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In that case, we'll credit your webshop, but we will charge shipping and handling fees. You can then handle this further with your customer.
